Team Leadership Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client work. Client Leadership Lead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction. Talent Development Attract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda. New Business Development Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients. Capability & Strategic Expansion Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions. What You Bring Proven leadership of large, diverse teams. Extensive PR agency experience at a senior level. Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth. Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients. Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working. Passion for people development and agency-wide talent growth. Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
