Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant Administrator Coordinator located in Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Qatar. The responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing reports, coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves monitoring budgets, managing office operations, and facilitating communication between different departments.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as data entry and record-keeping Organizational and multitasking skills for administrative duties, office coordination, and documentation Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to liaise with teams and resolve issues Attention to detail, accuracy in financial tasks, and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable Prior experience in finance and administration is preferred but not mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
