Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar, for an Operations Manager within the civil segment of oil and gas projects. The Operations Manager will oversee civil operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and supervision of construction activities. They will ensure strict compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and completion.
Qualifications Proven skills in project planning, resource allocation, and execution of civil engineering projects In-depth knowledge of roads, earthworks, and infrastructure construction Proficiency in supervising and coordinating teams and handling large-scale machinery and equipment Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required; additional certifications in project management are a plus Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
