Role Description We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist) to join our growing team and elevate the design experience of our mobile application and future features. In this role, you will:Improve and refine our existing app designs Design new AI-powered and accessibility-focused features Create intuitive, inclusive, and scalable design systems Ensure our application meets high accessibility standards Collaborate closely with the team to shape product direction This is a remote role with potential for long-term collaboration or full-time employment based on performance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Improve and redesign existing mobile application screens in Figma. Design new features including:AI assistant interfaces Community chat features Referral and sharing systems Cross-platform experiences Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Build and maintain a scalable design system (colors, typography, components). Ensure designs follow accessibility best practices (contrast, readability, intuitive navigation). Design inclusive UI patterns suitable for Deaf and hard-of-hearing users. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff. Participate in user feedback sessions and iterate based on real community insights. Qualifications Strong experience with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems). Proven experience designing mobile applications (i OS & Android). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to create intuitive and minimal interfaces. Experience designing scalable design systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team. Nice to Have Experience designing accessibility-first products. Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines. Experience designing AI-powered or real-time communication tools. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
