What’s the job?
As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value – Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together.
Your day-to-day
Completion of all Opera reports that are focused on blocking certain room types for guests
Responsible for booking all the rooms prior to arrival, maintaining and ensuring accurate inventory availability
Must be able to assist in front office operations during the busy times
Prepare and ensure timely delivery of daily reports
Be familiar with all S.O.P.s and Job Aids relating to the Front Office Operations
Develop and maintain positive productive working relationships with other associates and departments
Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other associates, responding appropriately and effectively
Review the concierge and ensure that all guest requests and information updated in OPERA and communicated to other departments
Participate in the training and development of the rooms control team and provide training to associates when necessary
Be in charge of the MRT/PPM program with housekeeping and Engineering departments
Support and practice Empowerment within the Front office team
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager, and assist in any other areas of the Front Office as required to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.
