About the role:
Diagnose and trouble shoot asset malfunctioning and failures. Inspect and validate asset change requests, requests, maintenance integration deliverables, asset improvement/upgrade projects as well as expansion projects in HIA and DIA. Conduct Quality Audits of planned and corrective maintenance works being completed on Electronic Assets across the HIA.
Key responsibilities:
·Provide hands-on Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in assigned investigating and resolving technical failures of the various controls system assets, by conducting evaluation, trend analysis, assets condition surveys and troubleshooting, to ensure the appropriate root cause fix has been identified and applied thereby preventing future failures.
·Conduct field level inspection for Design Drawings, Issued for Construction Drawings and technical specifications to evaluate the technical feasibility, to assess any potential impact of the proposed changes to the existing controls systems assets and to ensure HIA design standards are adhered.
·Support the line manager in preparing asset performance reports, trend analysis and dash boards from the Central Building Management System (CBMS), by extracting data from the system and applying analysis tools and techniques, to support a proactive approach to performance improvement of the controls systems.
·Conduct regular field level quality inspections on a sample of the planned and corrective maintenance works being completed across the HIA, by completing onsite inspections of assets and comparing against maintenance records, to assure the quality of maintenance delivery meets the standards of HIA.
·Conduct field level feasibility study for all new projects or asset modification requests from the Stakeholders by conducting field surveys to provide comments on the impact on existing Electronics assets.
·Conduct periodic field level asset condition surveys to support the line manager in alignment with the HIA Asset Management System (AMS), by completing onsite inspections of assets under control systems against defined criteria, to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance strategies being applied.
Qualifications
About you:
·Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
·Well versed with System architecture of Control Systems (BMS, SCADA, FAS, Public Address Systems).
·Theoretical and Practical experience in Control System Logics.
·Well versed with BMS and SCADA Engineering tools, Controllers and Logics of Controls.
