Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods and medical supplies to various locations promptly and safely.
- Assisting with loading and unloading of goods.
- Collecting payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicating effectively with the logistics team and other departments.
- Picking up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
- Listening to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
- Adjusting routes to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed.
- Scheduling regular car service appointments and reporting any issues.
- Booking car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
Requirements- Valid driver's license in Qatar.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in the medical or logistics sector.
- Good knowledge of Qatar’s road network and traffic regulations.
- Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools.
- Excellent driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
