Job Title: HR Technology Specialist – Employee Lifecycle, Success Factors & Saudi Payroll Location: Delhi/NCR (Remote flexibility with occasional office visits) Experience: 8+ years in HR Technology / HRIS / Payroll Systems Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned HR Technology Specialist to manage and optimize the employee lifecycle processes using SAP Success Factors and oversee Saudi Payroll operations. The role requires strong expertise in HR systems, compliance, and end‑to‑end HR process automation, ensuring seamless employee experience and accurate payroll delivery. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, separations, and offboarding processes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Saudi labor regulations. Streamline workflows for efficiency and employee satisfaction. Success Factors Administration Configure, maintain, and optimize Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation). Partner with HR and IT teams to implement new features and upgrades. Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting. Saudi Payroll Management Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for Saudi employees. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, WPS, and tax regulations. Collaborate with finance and HR teams for accurate reporting and reconciliations. HR Tech Strategy & Analytics Drive digital HR transformation initiatives. Generate HR dashboards and analytics for leadership decision‑making. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems. Qualifications & Skills8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, and Payroll systems. Strong expertise in SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance, Learning). Hands‑on experience with Saudi Payroll compliance (GOSI, WPS, tax). Proven track record in managing the employee lifecycle end‑to‑end. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Pharma/Healthcare industry background is mandatory.
