A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring Fit-Out / Architecture Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are an advantage. Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for interior and architectural works. Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, interior finishes, and architectural detailing practices. Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on fit-out and architectural projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail).
Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for fit-out and architectural works. Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports. Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations. Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with design specifications. Manage variations, claims, and final accounts. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
