We are seeking experienced Mechanical BIM Modelers to support ongoing building construction projects in Doha. Candidates must be available for immediate mobilization and have strong hands-on BIM modeling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models in accordance with project requirements
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built models
- Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and BIM protocols
- Support project teams with model updates and technical coordination
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler
- Proven experience on building projects (mandatory)
- GCC project experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit MEP)
- Ability to start immediately
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) is required
- Contract duration: 3 months (extendable)
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
- Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks is an advantage)
- Ability to produce accurate shop drawings and as-built documentation
- Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and project schedules
