Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst & Integration Expert to analyze, map, and optimize business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions. The role involves designing workflows, automating processes, integrating SAP with Microsoft and third-party applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions


• Design workflows and automate processes using Power Automate


• Integrate SAP with Microsoft suite and third-party applications using APIs


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize solutions


• Support testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions


• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system efficiency
  

Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams


• Experience with workflow design, process automation, and ERP integration


• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI


• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing and mapping business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions


• This position is based in Qatar
