Job Purpose

To coordinate and support GCC export movements from Qatalum by managing truck arrangements, driver coordination, loading supervision, lashing compliance, and export customs clearance to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange trucks for GCC export shipments based on orders received from Qatalum, in coordination with the Senior Operations Executive.


• Coordinate with drivers for timely reporting of trucks outside Mesaieed Industrial City due to access restrictions for non-resident drivers.


• Liaise with approved local transport companies to arrange authorized drivers for moving trucks into the Qatalum loading premises.


• Manage truck rotation by coordinating driver movements between the loading site and outside parking areas.


• Coordinate and supervise cargo loading at Qatalum in line with individual shipment orders and packing lists.


• Arrange and monitor cargo lashing as per Qatalum safety and lashing guidelines.


• Liaise with export customs clearance agents to ensure timely export clearance and border movement via Abu Samra.


• Handing over the loading details to BDP Office for preparing the export Invoice

Work Environment

• Field-based role with regular presence at Qatalum loading site


• Coordination with BDP Office , Qatalum loading staffs , Transporters, Drivers, and Customs agents
