We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Developer to build, code, and test responsive email campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure visually appealing and high-performing email communications across multiple platforms, supporting marketing initiatives and enhancing engagement results.

• Code, build, and QA responsive text and image-based email campaigns using HTML and CSS.


• Convert creative assets (PSD, PDF, InDesign, JPG) into fully functional coded emails.


• Create, maintain, and optimize HTML templates and newsletters for various campaigns.


• Test and troubleshoot rendering issues across different email clients, browsers, and devices.


• Ensure all messages are mobile-friendly and performance-optimized.


• Analyze campaign results (open rates, click-throughs) to recommend design and performance improvements.


• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to streamline development processes and maintain proper version control of creative assets.


• Implement and maintain testing and optimization frameworks to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.


• Strong eye for detail and design consistency.


• Familiarity withemail testing tools and deliverability optimization.


• Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance metrics.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering or performance issues efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing, front-end coding, and campaign execution.


• Proven experience coding emails using HTML and CSS following best practices for responsiveness.


• Strong understanding of email rendering across clients (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail) and mobile optimization.


• Experienced in cross-client testing and familiar with SEO and UX best practices.


• Fluency in English is required.


• This is a 1-year contract based in Qatar.
