Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support volume recruitment initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring planned, effective, and timely hiring across multiple functions while sourcing top talent from a global candidate pool.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support volume recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates from multiple regions.

  • Manage end-to-end operational tasks for recruitment campaigns, including advertising, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

  • Ensure job postings are accurately published on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

  • Review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in selection tools such as assessments or tests.

  • Conduct initial interviews and support panel interviews by preparing documentation and logistics.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment documentation.

  • Prepare reports, candidate summaries, and provide recommendations to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions.


Skills

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail abilities.

  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Culturally aware with the ability to work with international teams and diverse candidate pools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment operations, preferably in volume hiring or shared services environments.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Proven ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for large-scale recruitment campaigns.

  • This is a 6-month contract based in Qatar.
