The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand in-store, delivering an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and discretion. You will build long-term relationships with high-value clientele, provide expert product guidance, and contribute to store performance through thoughtful client development, impeccable service, and strong selling discipline. You will work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to uphold visual and operational excellence while consistently exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Brand Representation
Deliver a polished, personalised end-to-end service journey (greeting, discovery, styling, fitting, after-sales). Build trusted, long-term relationships through discretion, strong etiquette, and thoughtful follow-up. Communicate the brand story and craftsmanship with confidence, tailoring recommendations to each client. Resolve client requests and concerns promptly and professionally, protecting the brand experience at all times.
Sales Performance
Achieve individual and store targets through needs-based selling, cross-selling, and appointment-led service. Develop and maintain a strong client book, proactively driving outreach, repeat business, and referrals. Identify opportunities to elevate basket size through cross-selling and wardrobe-building Maintain impeccable floor standards and personal presentation, supporting VM and daily boutique readiness. Support operational excellence (POS, stock support, packaging, back-of-house organisation) with accuracy and care.
Requirements
Candidates must be residing in Qatar
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail (menswear, leather goods, footwear, or fine accessories preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing repeat clientele. Prior experience working within the GCC luxury market is essential, with strong understanding of regional client expectations, service culture, and discretion. Strong product handling and experience in premium boutiques with high standards of presentation and operations. Strong luxury selling skills with a relationship-first mindset and high emotional intelligence.
Preferred
Multilingual ability is an advantage (English is a must and Arabic is a plus) Experience working with VIP clients, appointments, and private selling. Strong styling confidence for men’s wardrobe building (shoes, sandals, bags, small leather goods and apparel). Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to deliver consistent excellence during peak periods
