Job Details

We are urgently seeking a high-performing Senior Real Estate Sales Closer who can independently manage and successfully close residential and commercial property transactions in the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently close residential and commercial property sales
  • Conduct client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure

Skills

Mandatory Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Proven property sales closing experience in Qatar or Middle East
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Real Estate Brokerage License (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closed property deals
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented (Enterpurinal mindset professionals highly preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
