Primary Purpose of the JobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Officer (Polymer) to develop, implement, and coordinate monthly product delivery schedules, customer allocation plans, inventory movements, and cargo loadings based on the established sales plan. This role requires precise coordination across customers, producing entities, terminal operators, and internal teams to deliver high service reliability, protect economic value, and ensure operational excellence across the Polymer supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing unplanned changes, optimizing product flow, and ensuring seamless integration between production planning, logistics constraints, and customer commitments.
Required Experience and SkillsAt least 8 years of professional work experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, production planning, inventory management and scheduling in petrochemical industry. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in Polymer industry.
Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
