Leasing & Tenant Management

• Assist in implementing the mall’s leasing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Handle leasing inquiries, conduct site visits, and coordinate negotiations with prospective tenants
• Support the preparation, review, and renewal of lease agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, mall rules, and fit-out guidelines.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor malls, and rental benchmarks.
• Assist in optimizing tenant mix based on footfall, sales performance, and market demand.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and rental performance summaries for management.

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, deposits, rent collection, and reconciliation.
• Liaise with operations, fit-out, and marketing teams to support tenant openings and promotions.
• Ensure timely handover of leased units and monitor fit-out progress.
• Support the management of vacant units and pop-up / kiosk leasing activities.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Monitor expiry dates, renewals, and termination notices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, mall regulations, and applicable local laws.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Leasing
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certificate
