Requirements:
Roles and responsibilities.
- Lead and coordinate the conceptual design process from ideation to final presentation.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.
- Ensure that design concepts align with project objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor the Concept Design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation of conceptual design documentation, including sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for the Concept Design phase.
Required Skills :
- Total experience 15 years min. with Qatar experience min.7 years.
- Proven experience in leading and managing conceptual design teams for architectural projects.
- Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address design challenges and propose viable solutions.
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization applications.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
