  • Proficient in Opera Cloud PMS and VICAS System for efficient front desk operations.


  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.


  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests.


  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
