- Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) certified
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant ELV engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Candidates must have proven experience in the following areas:
- Design & Engineering
- Developing layouts and technical designs for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Installation & Integration
- Installing and configuring ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm, and structured cabling.
- Coordinating with IT and MEP teams to integrate ELV systems into broader project infrastructure.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to verify performance and reliability.
- Preparing documentation and reports for handover and client approval.
- Maintenance & Support
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV systems.
- Ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Project Collaboration
- Working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients on complex projects.
- Providing technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
