• Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) certified
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant ELV engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
• Familiarity with networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Candidates must have proven experience in the following areas:

• Design & Engineering
• Developing layouts and technical designs for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Installation & Integration
• Installing and configuring ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm, and structured cabling.
• Coordinating with IT and MEP teams to integrate ELV systems into broader project infrastructure.
• Testing & Commissioning
• Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to verify performance and reliability.
• Preparing documentation and reports for handover and client approval.
• Maintenance & Support
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV systems.
• Ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Project Collaboration
• Working closely with consultants, contractors, and clients on complex projects.
• Providing technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
