Skilled Arabic-English receptionist is required


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information
  • Verify insurance information and collect copayments when required
  • Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Handle basic billing, forms, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or EMR systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with insurance verification and billing procedures
  • Customer service experience in a medical or clinical environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Working Conditions

  • Primarily seated at front desk
  • Frequent interaction with patients and healthcare professionals
