As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily reservations operations, ensure accuracy in bookings, and support the Reservations team in delivering exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Supervise daily reservations activities and ensure all bookings are handled accurately and efficiently Support and guide Reservations Agents to meet performance and service standards Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate loading in coordination with Revenue Management Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures Handle complex reservations, special requests, and guest concerns Prepare daily and monthly reservations reports Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams Train and coach new team members and provide ongoing support

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office, with supervisory experience an advantage Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels Good understanding of room types, rates, and inventory management Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
