We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our recruitment team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills and a proven ability to close recruitment deals.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage and grow key client accounts Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements Make regular client calls and follow-ups Present recruitment solutions and close deals Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in client meetings, calling, and deal closure Target-oriented and relationship-focused approach Must be currently residing in Qatar
