Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs from initiation to benefits realization
Define project scope, objectives, delivery plans, milestones, and KPIs aligned to business outcomes
Manage cross-functional teams across IT, OT, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Operations
Drive project execution using Agile / Hybrid methodologies
Oversee initiatives involving:
- Azure Cloud platforms
- Data platforms (Databricks, analytics, data lakes)
- AI/ML and advanced analytics use cases
Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and vendor engagements
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, cybersecurity, and HSE standards
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders, translating technical delivery into business value
Support organizational change management to ensure adoption of digital solutions
Skills
10+ years of project management experience, including large-scale digital or technology transformation programs
Proven experience delivering projects within Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or industrial environments
Strong experience managing projects involving Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud platforms
Solid understanding of Azure-based solutions and enterprise data platforms
Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing Data & AI transformation programs
Exposure to OT environments (SCADA, historians, industrial systems)
Prior experience working on GCC or Middle East projects
Strong business acumen with ability to link technology delivery to measurable value
Experience in highly regulated, safety-critical environments
