We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ELV Technician to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and public address systems. As an ELV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various ELV systems in commercial and residential environments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intercoms in accordance with industry standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ELV systems, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of their ELV systems.
6. Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities, including service reports and inventory management.
7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in ELV systems to enhance service delivery.
8. Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials for new systems.
9. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding safety and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an ELV Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of ELV systems and technologies.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
4. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field.
7. Certification in ELV systems or related fields is preferred.
8. Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to ELV systems is a plus.
