A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Finance & Admin Officer for their Doha office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the full financial operations management (AP/AR, GL and reconciliations).
- Prepare cash flow reports, payment forecasts, and bank position updates.
- Support monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Oversees daily office administration, procurement, vendor management and provide support with HR as required.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation.
- Reports to Finance Director and HR & Admin Director.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Good knowledge of Qatar’s VAT and labor regulations.
- Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must have a valid Qatar driver’s license.
