Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as HR Assistant. This role combines administrative support with human resource functions, ensuring smooth office operations while assisting management in HR activities. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases).
  • Prepare employee contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, payroll support).
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities and training sessions.

Secretary / Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication professionally.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, visas, and accommodations when required.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or secretarial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
