Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Doha, Qatar, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the growth and retention of accounts. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, analyzing performance metrics, resolving client queries, and collaborating with internal teams to align goals. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for upselling and contributing to the development of strategies to improve overall account performance.
Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills Experience in client account management, issue resolution, and business growth Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to assess account performance Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities Proficiency in software tools related to customer relationship management Prior experience in the food, e-commerce, or sustainability sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
