Job Title: Senior Interior Design Architect
We are seeking a highly talented Senior Interior Design Architect with strong design flair and a proven track record in delivering high-end, prestigious projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience across early design stages, from concept development to detailed technical construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury and high-profile projects. Produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation. Ensure designs comply with local and international standards related to space planning and ergonomics. Prepare impactful presentations using hand sketches and relevant computer applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:Strong aesthetic sensibility and creativity. Proficient in concept design, space planning, and construction detailing. Excellent hand sketching ability. Strong presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of local and international codes and standards. Grade A UPDA registration is desirable.
