We are seeking an experienced Inbound Manager in the Travel and Tourism sector to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role is pivotal in enhancing the inbound travel experience for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tourism management and a passion for providing unparalleled customer service. As the Inbound Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inbound travel operations, including itinerary planning, vendor management, and customer relations. Your expertise will help us to create memorable travel experiences that resonate with our clients' expectations and preferences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for inbound travel operations to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure high-quality service and seamless travel experiences.
  • Manage a team of travel consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our inbound offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback and travel data to enhance product offerings and address any service gaps.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of inbound travel operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, airlines, and travel agencies.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inbound travel performance metrics to senior management.
