3. Provide service estimates, explain repair details and timelines, and obtain necessary approvals.

4. Coordinate with technicians to monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of work.

5. Communicate regularly with customers to update them on vehicle status and any additional issues discovered.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and following up after service completion.

7. Maintain records of services, parts, labor, and other documentation in accordance with company procedures.

8. Adhere to policies and procedures related to health and safety, quality control, and customer service standards.

9. Be flexible with work hours in order to meet customer demands during peak periods, holidays, or emergencies.
