Role Description We are seeking a full-time Barista for an on-site role located in Qatar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role includes crafting specialty drinks, honing latte art skills, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Barista will also engage with customers to create a memorable coffee experience.
Qualifications Proficiency in coffee preparation, latte art, and knowledge of different coffee beans Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming and engaging environment Ability to maintain cleanliness, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and handle inventory Passion for coffee and commitment to continuous skill development Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
