We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role is pivotal in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market in Qatar, coupled with exceptional administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating viewings, and assisting in the negotiation process, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Preparing new rental contracts and following up on the renewal of existing tenant contracts.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, completing repairs, and planning renovations.
• Prepare and update property management reports on a periodic basis.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Inspect vacant units and coordinate repairs and renovation plans.
Skills
