We are a fast-growing Qatari startup providing marketing solutions and business support for project owners across Qatar. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering local businesses.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best service experience through our platform. You will work closely with business owners, follow up on orders, and help improve the user experience inside the app.

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets by building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Follow up on orders and coordinate with project owners to ensure service quality
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to improve the customer journey and overall app experience
