Job description:

We are seeking a professional, and polished waitress to join a fine dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar, and uphold the high standards expected in a luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
• Present menus, describe dishes, and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
• Maintain a polished, well-groomed appearance in line with hospitality industry expectations.
• Prepare, set, and manage tables with elegance and precision.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs efficiently.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant operational standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality (required).
• Strong understanding of service etiquette, wine service, and upscale dining procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• High standard of personal presentation and grooming, as expected in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive, polished demeanor.

• Wine knowledge or sommelier interest.
• Experience with tableside service or premium guest interaction.
• Multilingual abilities (Very Good English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus).
