We are looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team for ongoing Oil & Gas and industrial plant projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural fabrication, fit-up, and assembly work and be able to read and interpret structural drawings accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out structural fabrication and fit-up works as per drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret structural drawings to ensure accuracy in fabrication and assembly.
• Perform gas cutting, grinding, drilling (core cutting and magnetic drilling machine) operations as required.
• Execute structural alignment and bolt torquing with precision.
• Ensure correct orientation, dimension, and level during fit-up and installation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, welders, and QA/QC teams to ensure fabrication quality and productivity.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all site safety standards and company procedures.

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Steel Fabricator in Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Structural Steel Projects.
• Strong ability to read and understand structural and fabrication drawings (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in fit-up, alignment, gas cutting, grinding, and drilling operations.
• Good understanding of structural alignment, bolt tightening, and torquing procedures.
• Familiarity with standard fabrication tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Education:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Fabrication or related field.
