This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent located in Doha, Qatar. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting the company's services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing rental agreements, up selling additional services, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that arise during the rental process. The role necessitates excellent customer service skills and a proactive sales approach.

As a Rental Sales Agent, you welcome customers, ensure smooth rental experience, and deliver premium customer service in line with SIXT’s international standards.

Responsibilities:

•Welcome and assist customers, ensuring premium international customer service.

•Provide rental information and resolve customer issues professionally.

•Promote Sixt products and services, upselling when appropriate.

•Create engaging content for Sixt Qatar’s social media platforms.

•Assist with managing our online presence (posts, replies, campaigns, and promotions).

•Handle opening/closing procedures and daily station operations.

•Build positive customer experiences and loyalty to the brand.

Qualifications:

•2–4 years’ experience in Car rental, Hospitality, Airlines, Customer service industry.

•Strong English communication skills (Arabic or French a plus).

•Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office; experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn...) is an advantage.

•Content creation skills (photo/video editing, Canva or similar tools) are an advantage.

•Transferable visa with NOC.
