The Human Resources Officer is a senior member of the Human Resources team in the Qatar office. He plays a leading role in the recruitment and induction processes for new hires in the Qatar office.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Human Resources.
2. Understanding of all Human Resource principles including recruitment, career development, training, personnel affairs, organization development and compensation
3. Familiarity with usage of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll systems and other HR ERP systems
4. Good organizational skills
5. Strong communication skills
6. Good conflict resolution skills
7. Strong customer service orientation
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Proficiency in spoken and written English &/or Arabic
7+ years of experience in Human Resources - Recruiter Specialist
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational consultancy firm is an advantage.
Experience with recruitment, career development & training and / or personnel affairs
Experience with utilizing HR technology platforms is preferred
