About the Role:
As our Fundraising Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our fundraising initiatives, orchestrating all aspects of donation management and event planning. Your role will involve:
- Oversee the placement, collection, and meticulous record-keeping of donation boxes. Ensure all activities comply with EAA's fundraising policies.
- Forge and maintain productive relationships with local partners, securing permissions and approvals from entities like RACA and other government bodies.
- Plan, execute, and manage fundraising events with logistical precision, ensuring every detail contributes to the event's success.
- Work closely with the finance team on cash handling, counting, and reporting. Manage fundraising budgets and track expenses.
- Cultivate media partnerships to enhance EAA's visibility and campaign reach.
- Provide comprehensive support in administrative tasks, procurement, and maintaining the validity of partnership agreements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an acute attention to detail.
- Attitude: Proactive, able to thrive under pressure, and committed to results.
