Role Description: We are seeking a Sales Channel Manager for our HOD Bottled Drinking Water company in Qatar. In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of sales and distribution operations for specific business channels. Key Responsibilities:
- · Set and ensure the achievement of sales-related targets/KPIs for the sales channel, including volume, revenue, organic growth, distribution, bottle damages, drop size, weighted average price, P&L/profitability, optimal distribution models, and any other strategically assigned KPIs or targets. Continuously monitor and track KPIs for performance evaluation.
- · Act as the custodian of the P&L for the sales channel, leading the development of strategies, KPIs, priorities, and goals to ensure sustainable volume and profit growth.
- · Evaluate market conditions, competitive threats, and changing business dynamics that may impact volume, market share, profit, credit recoveries, and other business metrics directly or indirectly.
- · Develop and continually evaluate sales and distribution plans, optimization plans, and volume/sales forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- · Ensure complete management of operational fleet and distribution of products to end consumers with a high level of service standard while remaining within the allocated budget. Maximize route efficiencies to optimize operational costs.
- · Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain departments to deliver the overall commercial plan and align strategies for business success.
- · Drive continuous improvement in service quality and cost optimization through effective distribution management and customer service initiatives, including regular communication, collaboration with customers and functional departments, and flexibility in structures and processes to meet ad-hoc requirements and adapt to changes in the logistics or market environment.

Conditions to Apply:
- · Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales manager experience, preferably within the HOD Water business.
- · Experience with direct distribution business models.
- · Experience managing different retail channels (Modern Trade and Traditional).
- · Direct-to-consumer and managing distributors' experience is a must.
- · Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
