NES Fircroft Indonesia is taking on a recruitment campaign for Tier 1 LNG Operator based in Qatar, currently looking for candidates with Indonesian Passport with Proven track record of success and Contract Management Experience with Operator Company.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commercial discipline.
  • Indonesian Passport Holder
Knowledge And/or Experience
  • 8 years’ experience in oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, lean techniques, and industry best practice. Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and applicable Supply Chain system
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
  • This position is the departments Subject Matter Expert (SME) in materials management and procurement and / or contracting and services overseeing respective department policies and procedures, advising on, implementing, and monitoring department process improvement initiatives. The unique characteristic of this position supports and advises managers and personnel from multiple divisions and departments across the corporation on processes, procedures, QGMS alignment and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Major challenges include (1) Coordinating overlapping processes; (2) Defining leading indicators to proactively adjust processes; and (3) Managing numerous conflicting priorities.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Analyse and evaluate department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen respective process performance within the Supply Department.
  • Conduct department risks assessments and formulate plans to mitigate areas of exposure concerns to ensure the department controls are maintained and in line with corporate requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement within supply procedures and coordinate updates / process changes as appropriate to enhance supply service offerings to end users and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the cost benefits of process enhancements and analyse, evaluate, and implement cost effective, fit for risk, process changes to facilitate supply chain continuous improvement.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the department in line with end user, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class Supply Department service offerings that have cost effective benefits for the company.
  • Participate in, and if directed act as, Center of Excellence (COE) focal point during peer reviews, internal and external audits, Table of Financial Authority (TOFA) changes, and other applicable areas to ensure the controls are maintained, exposures are identified, and any gaps are mitigated.
  • Provide expert recommendations and analysis on Supply Department Client Management System related work to ensure alignment with respective Client policies.
  • Coordinate with respective Supply Department Division Managers / Heads to outline required support needed to ensure division strategies and objectives are progressed and achieved.
  • Perform and report findings of bench marking studies, best practice reviews, and customer surveys to drive continuous improvement and to elevate and streamline supply operations effectiveness.
  • Examine and analyse department processes and procedures while constantly assessing their effectiveness to identify and mitigate process breakdowns and bottlenecks.
