Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie. This position is located in Doha, Qatar. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the exact specification of the restaurant's senior chefs. They will also be responsible for training and managing junior chefs in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and tidy workspace, and monitoring food stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and handle occasional weekend work
• Trained in food safety and sanitation regulations
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus
• Experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel is preferred
