Medical Sales Manager

Objective: Our client, is a well-established and reputed company with a portfolio of several subsidiaries in different business sectors, starting from the medical and cosmetic solutions field to the luxurious real estate and marine company, is looking for a Sales Manager in the medical field to be joining their team in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily business operations.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues and recommendations.
Determine staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly.
Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and termination activities.
Manage orientations and exit interviews for employees.
Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Generating reports and giving presentations.

Skills:
Bachelor Degree Biomedical, BA or BM, or any equivalent.
Proficiency in Arabic and English
