Overview
Provides direction to mobile, roving, and static patrols and command and control of all day-to-day community order functions. Role includes monitoring of the security cameras and radio traffic; calling for first response; recording incidents; maintaining a blotter; and writing and submitting the daily report. The Operations (Ops) Center reports significant incidents and escalates decisions. Required to operate Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. In some instances, will provide specialized unarmed community order support (COS) services and unarmed protection/safety services. Work responsibilities may include performing static, dismounted (foot), and mounted (vehicle) community order patrols to maintain order, protect personnel and resources, and respond to calls for service.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ security or law enforcement/military experience, Including more than 1 year security control room experience.
Other Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
- Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.
- Meet all standards as required by the contract.
- Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess Active Secret Security Clearance
- Must pass pre-deployment requirements including drug test, medical, 52 hours of training, and a psychological exam.
- Employees must be willing and able to perform job requirements in this environment, as well as deploying to Qatar for extended periods. Work schedules are typically six (6) days per week and twelve (12) hours per day. Work is performed in shifts and may include day or night shift.
- Must be able to pass a physical fitness test (PFT).
- Employees must be able to lift, carry and/or wear forty (40) pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time and be capable of running during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk. All staff must maintain physical, medical, and dental requirements for duration of deployment.
- This contract is performed in a contingency operations environment, in a harsh climate, and sometimes hazardous situations.
