Randox is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager for the Food Diagnostic and Toxicology product lines who will contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing relationships with new and existing customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson, with exceptional technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- The adherence to the Randox Sales Process.
- The strict adherence to Randox reporting procedures.
- Ensuring that all client details and information generated through site visits are correctly recorded and analysed to maximise sales potential.
- To utilise the Randox CRM system (where active) on a daily basis; to plan calls, when visiting customers, to capture customer and market information and to monitor sales consultants within your country.
- The training of sales staff in the Randox Sales Process, market and product knowledge.
- The preparation of sales reports.
- Ensure the achievement of set sales targets
- The planning, setting up and manning of exhibitions.
- The direct selling of Randox products to major customers.
- The management of key accounts.
- Accurate forecasting of potential business to ensure efficient planning.
- Market research into potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
- The development of Randox product knowledge by attending training programmes.
- Ensuring that staff for whom they are responsible for adhere to company health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- The promotion of a positive approach to equal opportunities ensuring that Randox’s equal opportunities policies and procedures are adhered to by staff for whom they are responsible.
- Adherence to company Positive work Environment Policies, health & safety procedures, and the
- maintenance of a safe working environment.
Essential:
- Third Level education
- Possess a full driving license.
- Be flexible, as the nature of the position will require travel and the requirement to work such hours as deemed necessary to complete your responsibilities.
Desirable:
- Sales experience in a clinical in vitro diagnostics or medical sales environment.
- Computer skills in the use and application of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous management experience.
- Be able to communicate in English both verbally and written and local dialects optional.
