A. Accountabilities:

• Successful delivery of the services within the scope of the project ( Network and Infrastructure domain).
• Monitor the overall performance of services.
• Handle Service reporting.
• Meet Service Level Agreements/ Operation Level Agreements targets and high levels of customers satisfaction.
• Manage and direct network and infrastructure project management domain.

B. Qualifications:

• Experienced in setting up IT policies and procedures.
• Experienced in setting up Service Level Agreements/ Operation Level Agreements .
• Experienced in ISO 20000 implementation.

C. Experience:

• 8-10/- Years experience in Same field.

D. Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor of computer Science, Information Technology or any related stream.

Required Certification are as follows:

• ITIL expert or ITIL MP .
• PMP is a must.
• Azure Certifications.
• MCSE ( any MCSE 2003, MCITP, MCSE 2012) certified.
• Preferred to have a CCNP certified.
• Preferred to have CISM certified .

E. General Skills:

• Good communication skills. Arabic specification.

F. General Remarks:
