• Responsible of focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

• Responsible of researching on key customers’ requirements and to suggest solutions that satisfactorily answers the customer needs.

• Responsible of serving as a contact point for Key customers and internal teams.

• Responsible of measuring, tracking and analyzing the key accounts metrics and provide meaningful data to Sales Manager for business enhancement decisions.

• Responsible of resolving the customer complaints in an effective, ethical and respectful manner.

• Responsible of achieving the sales targets and growth from the key accounts and track sales progress of the key account on regular basis to report the sales progress to the Sales Manager as and when required.

• Responsible for daily face to face market visits with relevant accounts in offices, showrooms, and/or jobsites

• Responsible for product shows and demonstrations during customer visits

• Responsible of keeping a breast with the current and emerging market trends to remain competitive and to generate high volume of business.

• Responsible of managing and monitoring the account level P&L and receivables for target requirements & delivery.

• Responsible of participating in the state level sales meetings along with trade shows.

• Responsible of creating new accounts and to generate sales volumes.

• Responsible of conducting market analysis and to evaluate the competitor’s practices and market status.

• Responsible of supporting the function to conform to budgetary requirements.

• Responsible of following all the processes and policies of the company at all times.

• Responsible of conducting the regular sales meetings with the Key accounts for purchase requirements / product promotion and update sales managers on possible sales deals from time to time.

• Responsible of preparing and furnishing the business reports to sales managers as and when required.

• Responsible of following any other tasks / projects as assigned by your manager.


Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales success as a Senior Sales Executive or Account Manager with a reputable firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in conducting market analysis focused on sales and competition.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to clarify and translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Proficient in identifying and addressing hidden or unrealized customer requirements, fostering consensus among prospects.
