Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Waitress to join our team a Bait Al Karam As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all guests' needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Promote and recommend menu items to customers.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Provide exceptional service that aligns with the brand's values.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.
