MC Material Handler

  • Handle inbound and outbound orders, both physically and systematically, in line with operational procedures.
  • Create and follow up on tickets for inbound discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Regularly check physical stock levels to ensure adherence to minimum and maximum thresholds.
  • Create replenishment orders in SAP and WMS systems and confirm receipt of goods.
  • Safely move and place server racks and hardware components within the data center.
  • Insert components such as hard drives and cables into server racks, following detailed written instructions, and perform the corresponding system booking.
  • Successfully complete regular training for new processes and apply the knowledge in day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of sensitive IT components while handling them.
  • Identify and report equipment or machine issues, adhering to established data center procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools used for tasks.
  • Provide inputs to the Site Lead/Supervisor/DC Team Lead when required.
  • Graduate of any field.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in the same field.
