- Handle inbound and outbound orders, both physically and systematically, in line with operational procedures.
- Create and follow up on tickets for inbound discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
- Regularly check physical stock levels to ensure adherence to minimum and maximum thresholds.
- Create replenishment orders in SAP and WMS systems and confirm receipt of goods.
- Safely move and place server racks and hardware components within the data center.
- Insert components such as hard drives and cables into server racks, following detailed written instructions, and perform the corresponding system booking.
- Successfully complete regular training for new processes and apply the knowledge in day-to-day activities.
- Maintain the security and integrity of sensitive IT components while handling them.
- Identify and report equipment or machine issues, adhering to established data center procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools used for tasks.
- Provide inputs to the Site Lead/Supervisor/DC Team Lead when required.
- Graduate of any field.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in the same field.
